As long as you have administrative access on your work computer, all you have to do is change the following key to ‘0’ (from ‘1’): UseWUServer under the following location in the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU
